Messages and updates

The contact form asks for your creative name, email address, phone number and message. The updates form asks for an email address. We use submitted information to respond to inquiries through our Hostinger website services. The updates form is a separate request for updates; submitting an inquiry or placing an order is not an automatic newsletter signup. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information. You can ask us to stop sending updates.

Store orders

When you order through our store, checkout collects the contact, delivery and order information needed to process the purchase. Hostinger operates the storefront, Stripe processes enabled card payments and Printful handles connected print-on-demand production and delivery. The relevant order details are used by these services to complete your purchase; they have their own privacy practices.

Site operation and external resources

Hosting and other service providers may process IP addresses, technical requests and logs to operate and protect the site. Artwork, photographs, fonts and site resources can load from Hostinger, Zyrosite, Unsplash and Google Fonts. Hostinger’s checkout also sends diagnostic requests to Sentry and can keep diagnostic session information in browser session storage. These providers have their own privacy practices. This notice does not claim that checkout diagnostics are disabled by analytics or marketing choices.

Cookies and your choices

The shopping bag uses a cart_id cookie, observed with an expiry about one year ahead, and a shopping-cart-items local cache with an approximately one-day application expiry. Checkout can also use a sentryReplaySession session-storage entry for provider diagnostics; the presence of this entry does not establish that a session recording was uploaded. Expiries may renew when you use the store. Browser settings can restrict or delete cookies and storage, which may affect checkout. External links, including Amazon, open services governed by their own notices; following an affiliate link can enable Amazon purchase attribution.

Service providers and location

Hostinger, Stripe and Printful may process information outside Canada, subject to the laws and lawful access requirements of the processing country. This notice does not promise Canadian-only storage. Contact us for questions about information submitted to us.

If you follow one, Amazon may use cookies and other information to operate its service and attribute qualifying purchases under its own privacy notice. Amazon handles those purchases and payment details. Buyer reviews remain on Amazon; our guide does not reproduce customer reviews or star ratings.

Questions and requests

Contact contact@rubaretuttogalleries.com for privacy questions, to ask about information you submitted, or to request correction or deletion. We review requests and applicable requirements. This notice covers Rubare Tutto; linked MMG pages and other services have their own notices.

Customer help and delivery

Our connected store sells physical print-on-demand merchandise. Standard shipping is included in the listed price for Canada and the United States. Checkout confirms available destinations and the final total. Production comes before shipping; estimates are not guaranteed dates, and mixed products may arrive separately. Check your order email and tracking when available.

Digital downloads and print-plus-NFT fulfillment are future concepts. They are not included with current merchandise unless an individual listing explicitly provides them.

For a damaged, defective, incorrect or missing item, contact contact@rubaretuttogalleries.com with your order number and a description; photographs can help with a production defect. Please report problems promptly, ideally within 30 days of delivery (or the estimated delivery date for a lost package), so we can submit the supplier claim in time. Contact us before sending anything back. We will check the order and applicable remedies; a damaged, defective or misprinted item may qualify for a replacement or refund.

A supplier's return rules do not remove your statutory consumer rights.

For an address change or cancellation, contact us immediately. Cancellation is normally available only before fulfillment begins; address changes also depend on the order stage and production partner. Changes cannot be guaranteed. Any approved customer refund is handled through our store, separately from the supplier refund.

Merchandise is made to order. We do not offer automatic returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a size or colour you selected incorrectly; check the size guide before ordering.
